It is only after this full form is received, reviewed, and approved that a space will be issued. Incomplete applications will not be approved. All forms must be received by March 17, 2017. You must submit your application by this date. You will hear back on the status of your application by March 31, 2017.
YOU MUST APPLY FOR COMPLIMENTARY SPACE - Did you receive a complimentary table at Awesome Con last year? If so, understand you are not automatically approved to receive a table for Awesome Con 2017, and you must apply again. Awesome Con space is limited and requests are judged on a year-to-year basis, and previously approved applicants are not automatically grandfathered in.
Answer every application question as completely as you can. There is limited space available, which will be divided out across non-profits, conventions, and fan groups. Awesome Con reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
