School Programs Application
PLEASE READ: This application is meant for school and homeschool field trips during the school season(late Aug-early June). If you are looking for a summer group outing, contact email@example.com. FEES AND PAYMENT: Fees are $6.00 per student for a 1-2 hour program, $8.00 per student for a 2-3 hour program, $10.00 per student for a 5-hour program and $12.00 per student for two different half-day programs on the same day. $75 minimum per class. There is no charge for up to 10 chaperones. The program fee will be applied to any extra chaperones if more than 10 attend. Payment is requested at least two weeks prior to the scheduled class date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If your school cancels a program less than 6 weeks before the date of the trip, the school will be charged a $50 fee per program.
CONFIRMATION: After submitting, confirmation emails will be sent around mid-late May for Fall programs, Nov for Winter and Maple Sugarin' programs, mid-January for Spring programs. An emailed invoice and Riveredge Guide will be emailed 3+ weeks before your trip.
