Join Karyna & Anita for a challenging choreography program set to help you elevate your personal style and performance quality. Bringing styles like contemporary and hip hop together, Karyna and Anita have developed a unique style that will help diversify your movement. Throughout the program, you'll train in intermediate to advanced-level choreography, perform both live and on camera, and walk away with high-quality footage and content to both strengthen your dance reel and share on social media.

Register for the 8-Week Int/Adv Choreography On-Camera Performance program and show face at RTF’s Holiday Jam. Additionally, you will have an off-site concept video shoot on the 8th week. Please ensure December 20th and 21st are blocked off in your calendar.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, no submissions will be accepted past October 30th.

All applicants will receive their results from hello@runtheflex.com within 3 business days of their submission. 3+ years of dance experience is highly recommended. Student discounts available. If accepted, details will be provided.
