While most events will be on April 23-24th, we will include events held on a different date, or if you have a video to share for viewing anytime.

If your event info changes after you submit it, please contact the organizers (see below) to update your listing.

Please submit a separate form for each unique event format. For hybrid events, that means at least two listings for in-person and virtual.
