Kickstand Holiday Fundraiser - Vendor application
Please complete the form to apply to as a vendor at Kickstand's 2018 Holiday Fundraiser, taking place on 8 December, 2018 at Kickstand, 1739 Venables St.

Full tables are priced at $25 for independent sellers, and $50 for business sellers. Half tables are $15 and $30, respectively. If you are selling a bike, there is an additional fee of $5 per bike.

Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds - if you would like to table but can not pay the tabling fee, please indicate this in the comments section.

Applications close on 2 November, 2018 and we will aim to respond to applicants shortly after.
