Project Based Learning Community Partners
SLED is looking to connect community to schools by developing a pool of Community Partners to help students with their Project Based Learning projects. We're looking for community members with experience in their field to present their knowledge to students, critique student products or judge student work.

Let us know what occupational or other experience you have that might be relevant to students. Examples might include: Beekeeper, Archaeologist, Postal Carrier, Police Officer, Naturalist, etc. Teachers are looking for community members with all types of knowledge and experience. Sometimes they just need input from members of the community. Other times they are looking for partners with particular perspectives or experiences.

Please let us know when you are generally available. We will contact you about specific dates and times when a request in your area of experience is made. Most requests are for 30-60 minutes or your time during the school day.
