2020 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Toronto Pin + Patch Show, taking place at Toronto Media Arts Centre on Saturday, July 25th, 2020 from 11 am – 6 pm! If you'd like to apply for a vendor space, please fill out the form below by midnight on March 15th, 2020.

Please note that this is a juried show, and an application does not guarantee acceptance. We typically receive far more applications than the number of vendor spaces available, and in order to be considered for this event, the following requirements MUST be met:

• Each applicant MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 15 DIFFERENT ENAMEL PIN AND/OR PATCH DESIGNS FOR SALE at the time of their application. Any items that are planned for future release or currently in production cannot be included in this number. Additionally, multiple colourways of the same design will only be counted as one design. (PLEASE NOTE: We check any links you provide to make sure you meet this minimum shortly after your application is submitted)

• 90% of what you sell at the show MUST be enamel pins and/or patches

• All designs must be your original artwork and CANNOT infringe on anyone else's copyright and/or trademarks

• Each applicant must be at least 18 years of age

• Each applicant must be legally permitted to sell goods in Canada and are responsible for all arrangements to sell said merchandise at this event

We’ll be offering swag bags to the first 50 shoppers in line at the show. If accepted as a vendor, are you interested in contributing a minimum of 20 smaller promo items (such as pins, patches, stickers, buttons, coupons, etc) to the bags?
