Post-conference Social Event: Santa Ynez Valley
Join us on November 13th (2pm-9pm) for an afternoon/evening in the local Santa Ynez wine country (featured in the movie Sideways)! We leave from UCSB for Casa Dumetz vineyard where the owner and winemaker, Sonja, has prepared a special wine tasting and tour. Then, we head to the charming town of Los Olivos to explore the local wine bars and restaurants. Detailed agenda at the bottom of this form.

2:00pm - Conference closes
2:30pm - Depart UCSB in a chartered bus for wine tasting at the Casa Dumetz vineyard
3:30pm - Special wine tasting with Sonja and afternoon vineyard tour, enjoy the famous Santa Ynez Valley scenery and sunset over the sprawling hills
5:00pm - Head to Los Olivos to explore
6:00-8:00pm - Dinner at your choice of one of three restaurants, outdoor dining reservations will be made for you ahead of time (find the menus below)
9:00pm - Drop off at your hotel
