AMC Contracting LLC. honors a Lifetime Warranty on workmanship for all our bathroom projects. A five year warranty on workmanship applies to all our kitchen, tiling, roofing, drainage and retaining wall projects. All other services provided by us carry a three year warranty on workmanship. Not included are ordinary wear and tear, fire, flood, wind, vandalism and other insurable damages, as well as, other damages unrelated to the contractor’s workmanship.

Manufacturer’s warranties for the different materials used in the projects are to be handled by the home owner. AMC Contracting LLC. is not responsible for any failure or lack of performance of such materials.

Our warranties apply to customer(s) who hired us for the work only*. If the warranty is to be transferred an administrative fee of $300.00 applies. Warranty must be transferred within 30 days of home/business ownership change for it to remain valid.
