A Youth Development & Economic Empowerment Program Sponsored by 100 Black Men of Los Angeles and Wells Fargo
Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in the Pathways to Success Program!
Pathways to Success is a youth development and economic empowerment program sponsored and conducted by 100 Black Men of Los Angeles in collaboration with Wells Fargo. Our vision and commitment to the community is to improve the education and economic empowerment of youth at an early age, which will help transform our entire community!

With this in mind, Pathways to Success is designed to introduce high school students (9-12th grade) to corporate careers and entrepreneurship and provide an opportunity to learn critical workforce readiness skills.

Participating in Pathways to Success will require a significant commitment of your time, energy, and focus for five months, beginning in January 2017. Participation will entail students meeting each Saturday for three to four hours of classroom instruction, discussion, and group activities. Instruction sessions will take place at a local college campus in Los Angeles, and participating students will be actively engaged in each session for the duration of the program. Instruction will be provided by 100 Black Men of Los Angeles, Wells Fargo, and guest speakers.

All instructional materials will be provided. Selected meals (lunch) will be provided. Students will receive a small stipend upon completion of the program. If you are interested in participating in Pathways to Success, please complete the following application:
