SCEL and SES Change of Dismissal Form

Dismissal changes for students in the Simonian Center for Early Learning and Sutton Elementary School may only be made on the day of the dismissal request.

A form must be submited separately for each student. Changes must be in place before 12:00 noon and on Early Release Days before 10:00 am. Late changes will not be accepted.
