Date: Saturday June 1, 2024

March kicks-off at 12pm @ NP Middle School

Festival is 12:30pm until 5pm @ Hasbrouck Park

We'll be circling back to everyone as we get closer to June 1 with specific volunteer tasks to sign-up for. Help is needed prior to the event, as well as the day-of. There will be a volunteer training (and craft party) at the New Paltz Pride Coalition's general meeting on Tuesday May 28 at 8pm to get everyone on the same page; we'll also find another date option for training as needed.

Volunteer roles include:

hanging posters / flyering the 2 weeks before the event
helping set-up the park the morning of June 1
helping stage the march before kick-off
marshalling the march
marshalling the festival
helping clean-up the park throughout the event
helping clean-up the park after the event
