WHY: Palooza is our very first district event where we'll be cleaning up the beach, having icebreakers, fun games & activities + DB dares!

MEMBERS & CHAPERONES:
You will use this form to officially register for TRuDiaC Palooza, either as a student or chaperone. Chaperones will be assigned to a group of 10 students or fewer through a spreadsheet that will be shared with the email used to fill out this form.
