2019 Homesteading Holiday Craft Faire

Please make sure you have read all the Vendor Documents/Information on our website (Vendor Information section) prior to registering.
NO Direct Sale vendors will be accepted. All items must fall within the category of handmade/homegrown/crafted by you. This is a NO ANIMAL event. This includes poultry/livestock equipment, products such as feed etc. Domestic pet products (treats, beds, clothing etc) are OK. Eating eggs are allowed but not hatching eggs.
Attendance #'s: This is our 2nd Holiday Event. Our Holiday 2018 event was very well attended - steady customers all day long till closing. We are expecting even better attendance at our 2nd event due the better building and more advertising/word of mouth.
There is ample parking for both vendors and customers at this event. A food truck will be set up outside and lots of signage for customers. Camping is available for vendors and shoppers - Benton County Fairgrounds should be contacted for reservations. Set up starts on Friday.
THIS IS A JURIED EVENT. You will need to send an email to us after you fill out this form with 3-5 pictures of your craft items. Please do not pay for your spaces until you get a confirmation back from us! All registrations will be juried within 7 days of receipt and you will have the standard 7 days to pay for your space once you have been admitted into the event.
The names you list here will be considered the vendors of your booth. Two vendors per booth only. If you are sharing your booth, you can list together or each one fill out a separate form. You may add your spouse/partner as a vendor with you if you wish. All others helping in your booth at the event are Helpers, even children. You will have a chance to add them later. Vendors are the people selling their products. All contact information for all vendors listed on this form must be provided here.

Vendor Spaces and Equipment Rental Options
All vendor fees must be paid within 7 days of receiving your confirmation/acceptance email. If payment is not received, this form becomes null and void. Equipment may be rented later. You will receive more information about this process in a confirmation email.
ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Equipment rental fees will be refunded up until 7 days prior to the event.
