PAFCS Annual Conference On-Line Registration
Before you begin, you will need the following information:

1) Your AAFCS membership number if you're registering as a member

2) Your PPID number if you want to receive Act 48 credit

Conference Sessions, Meals, and Lodging
WORKSHOPS: Visit our PAFCS website for all conference materials and details.
LUNCH: The PAFCS Conference Registration Fee includes lunch on Saturday.
   Note: Friday meals are on your own; hotels offer breakfast with your stay
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: There are several hotels in the area (refer to information brochure)

If you receive an error message when accessing the conference information on the PAFCS website, please delete your history and cache to have access to the updated website. Or, text us (610-636-1287) and we'll email a copy to you.

Registration Steps
1). Please complete the following registration form. Items with an asterisk (*) are required.
2). You are registered once you click "Submit" and remit payment.

You may pay using a credit card, check or VENMO; we do not accept purchase orders. Payment must be made by February 15, 2024 to take advantage of Early-Bird Registration.

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a copy of your responses for your records. If you pay by check, there is NO NEED to mail the registration form with your check because your information is saved in our Google Spreadsheet as you complete the registration form.

If you would like to receive CPEs (Act 48 credit) for attending the conference sessions, you must provide us with your Professional Personnel Identification Number (PPID) which is available to you on the PDE website:

Early Bird Registration: 
   Online payment or payment envelopes postmarked by February 15, 2024

Standard Registration: 
   Online payment or payment envelopes postmarked February 16 - April 12, 2024

Please endeavor to register by March 31 so that we can provide accurate seating accommodations and meal counts to the conference center.

NOTE: Walk-ins will be accepted with no guarantee of meals and printed materials. Fees will be assessed regardless of accommodations. 

The Conference Registration Fee includes the conference program, name tags, and lunch on Saturday. The fee does not include hotel registrations; attendees must make their own lodging reservations/cancellations.

Prior to registering for the conference, please review the Conference Cancellation Refund Policy explained below. By registering for the conference, you agree to the Conference Cancellation Refund Policy. If you have questions about the Conference Cancellation Refund Policy, please email paafcs@gmail.com with your questions prior to registering and allow 24 hours for a response. We appreciate you understanding that we cannot be held responsible for attendees missing the Early-Bird registration deadline because we did not respond to questions posed at the last minute (within 24 hours of the deadline).
Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy
Conference attendees must email us at paafcs@gmail.com and request that their Conference registration be cancelled.

Any Member, Nonmember, Retiree, Retiree Nonmember, or Guest conference registration cancelled prior to February 15, 2024 will receive a 95% refund.

Any Member, Nonmember, Retiree, Retiree Nonmember, or Guest conference registration cancelled between February 16 and March 31, 2024 will receive a 90% refund.

Student Members/Nonmembers will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee if registrations are cancelled prior to February 15, 2024. Student Members/Nonmembers registrations cancelled between February 16 and March 31, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Guest registrations cancelled by March 31, 2024 will receive a 90% refund.

Conference registrations cannot be refunded after March 31, 2024 because we've already paid for your conference-related expenses. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend (no-show), late arrival, unattended events, missed meals, or early departure.
