The idea for TEDxSurabayaLive grew out of a question we were asking ourselves here at TED: What would happen if we made the TED Conference more open, more global, and its impact more immediate? What if we could ignite communities around the world to engage with – and build on – the TED Conference experience while it happened live? A TEDxSurabayaLive license is given to organizer who host events in Surabaya community to watch the official TED Conference through a webcast.
Presenting POSSIBILITY, where audiences get a chance to watch exclusive Talks by TED that present about booming Technology, Entertainment, and Design. Featuring tech experts who will liven up discussion among audiences. You are not only sit and watch, but also can actively discuss with the audiences or the experts. It will be great if the discussion could relate to Surabaya, as the vision of TEDxSurabaya "ideas worth spreading."

Dos:
- Keep your belongings close to you
- Respect the facilitators and organizer by paying attention. You may enter and exit the room when the facilitators are off the stage
- Turn your phone to silent mode and lower its brightness
- Discuss actively and share your insight
- Ask questions in the WhatsApp chatroom and have fun!
Dont’s:
- Be late. We will start the event at exactly 10.00 AM (10.00 WIB)
- Bring food and drink from outside
- Bring professional cameras
- Record the talks in short and full
- Make any interruptions during the talks
- Irrelevant cheer and applause during the talks
- Litter
