We are exclusively asking for videos (max. 3min) pitching the submitted talk to the program committee. Submitting a video is not mandatory, but will increases chances to be accepted as a speaker.
Your talk should contain pragmatic, actionable and evidence-based guidance. It should derive from practical experience and help with practical application. Attendees who listened to your talk, should be able to take at least one thing from your talk they can try, when back at work.
This year the program is going to focus on how to achieve operational excellence with Lean Kanban.
Taken from Wikipedia:"Operational Excellence is the execution of the business strategy more consistently and reliably than the competition. Operational Excellence is evidenced by results. Given two companies with the same strategy, the Operationally Excellent company will have - lower operational risk, - lower operating costs, and - increased revenues relative to its competitors, - creating value for customers and shareholders.
Before submitting your talk, please make sure your talk shows how you achieved at least one of the above with Lean Kanban. Make this clear in your written and video submission.
You can submit as many talks and community sessions as you like.
We are always happy to welcome new speakers to LKCE! To encourage new speakers, we offer you to help with your proposal and your talk, if accepted. If you want to be helped or want feedback on an idea, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
