Exeter Green Party Air Quality Petition
Air polution is a silent, invisible killer, caused mainly by traffic.  Bristol Council research revealed that 8.5% of all deaths in the city are due to air pollution.

Exeter has illegal levels of nitrogen dioxide and unknown levels of toxic tiny particles.
 
Exeter City and Devon County Councils need to take urgent, bold actions to improve air quality in the city.

We the undersigned call on Exeter City Council and Devon County Council to take joint, bold action to improve air quality in the city, and to improve monitoring in order to have more accurate data on nitrogen dioxide and particulate pollution.
