Rooster Cup Dinghy One-design Regatta 2023 - Registration

All applicants must register here first, when accepted you will receive confirmation by email.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to experience sailboat racing in the beautiful bay of Bahía Limón - Cristobal, Colón. Hosted at Shelter Bay Marina with Sea Masters Academy Panama, this regatta will become Panama's premier dinghy one-design racing event.

Since we have a limited number of boats available for charter, those who register first will get a boat to race. After all boats have been chartered, you will be added to a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, we encourage you to come to the event to support the racing and have fun with us.

Entry Fee for non-club members: $125.00
Entry Fee for club members: $75.00
Boat Charte fee: $150

What's included:
- On-the-water support

- Race clinic (Zoom meeting prior to the event & skippers briefing on race day)

Racing will take place on Saturday, July 15th. Expect to race between 4 and 6 races. For those interested, there will be a race-clinic with practice races on Saturday, July. 9th 2022 at an extra cost.
The Sailing Instructions (SIs) and Notice of Race (NOR) will be available for download on our website soon. All registered skippers are required to participate in a Zoom meeting for a quick revision of the Racing Rules of Sailing. You will be notified by email of the date & time of this meeting.

The waiver at the end of this form must signed by the date of the event!

Nosotros, siendo el suscrito un solicitante de inscripción al evento realizado por el CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING y un padre / tutor del solicitante (si es menor de edad), actuando en nuestra condición de solicitante de inscripción al evento realizado por CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING, por este medio manifestamos formalmente nuestro consentimiento a la vez que aceptamos que la participación en dicho evento, plantea ciertos riesgos inherentes que no se pueden evitar por lo cual reconocemos que estamos aceptando voluntariamente dichos riesgos.

En consideración al consentimiento y aceptación de admisión de la solicitud para participar en cualquier evento de CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING, es por lo que renunciamos ampliamente como sea posible, a cualquier reclamo, de cualquier índole ya sea presentes o futuro,  contra el CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING, la escuela de vela SEA MASTERS SAILING SCHOOL, y/o SHELTER BAY MARINA,  sus Directivos, su personal de Administración, Comité, sus agentes funcionarios y empleados, por daños a la propiedad, lesiones o muerte que surja de o durante el curso de cualquier participación en los eventos de CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING;  así como también renunciamos ampliamente como sea posible, a cualquier reclamo, de cualquier índole ya sea presentes o futuro, contra la empresa, sus Directivos, su personal de Administración, Comité, sus agentes funcionarios y empleados, por daños a la propiedad, daños a terceros, lesiones o muerte que surja de o durante el curso de cualquier participación en los eventos del CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING antes mencionado.

Nosotros aceptamos y confirmamos que participaremos en los eventos / actividades de CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING por voluntad y riesgo propio, y es nuestra total responsabilidad estar cubiertos por alguna póliza de accidentes.  Igualmente aceptamos y confirmamos que nos hacemos responsables de los daños que puedan surgir por negligencia propia, a las instalaciones y equipos pertenecientes al CLUB SEA MASTERS SAILING y a la escuela de vela SEA MASTERS SAILING SCHOOL y a las instalaciones de SHELTER BAY MARINA

Damos fe y Certificamos además que, de acuerdo a Constancia Médica aportada, el solicitante está en buenas condiciones físicas y no sufre ninguna discapacidad física, emocional o mental, lo que afectaría negativamente a su capacidad para participar con seguridad en actividades de vela.
