Agreement of respect
We expect everyone to interact with each other respectfully, and to follow our respect guidelines:

1) To respect other people and their identities--
To interact with and talk about people respectfully and to respect other people's definitions of themselves. This includes respecting others' preferred pronouns and their right to define their own sexual and romantic orientations and gender identities (or lacks thereof).

2) To avoid harm or violence--
To not harass or be violent toward anyone at the conference (including verbal and/or sexual harassment). Anyone who presents a risk of harm to other participants may be asked to leave.

3) Respecting others' privacy--
I agree not to capture and use identifiable images (e.g. video or photographs) and/or personal information (e.g. names) of people at the conference without their consent.

Do you agree to abide by the respect guidelines? *
