*Gallery Guide -Bring art to life for museum visitors by being a gallery guide. You will learn to conduct tours, using a variety of fun and engaging methods. Training for museum tours, including Visual Thinking Strategies, will be provided throughout the year.

*Gallery Attendant - Safeguard the artwork on display by maintaining a presence in the galleries when the Museum is open to the public. Ensure visitors adhere to Museum rules regarding photography, food and beverages, and staying a safe distance away from the artworks, and help educate visitors on the reasons behind our policies.2

Assist with Fundraising Events and/or Openings - Assist with tasks associated with events such as check-in, ticket sales, recruiting, seeking sponsors, seating, set-up, take-down, decorations, etc.

Clerical - Lend a hand by helping with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing mail outs or other similar tasks.

*Art Education - Assist AMoA educators with classes, camps, community workshops and more.

*Art Handling - Assist with unpacking crates, unwrapping art, gallery maintenance and exhibition preparations.

Bi-lingual Interpretation - Translate labels and signs into audio guides and other multimedia educational materials to help the Museum serve the needs of visitors with physical or mental difficulties as well as diverse cultures or ages within our community.

Hospitality - Help to provide refreshments/flowers for events or with food/beverage service at events.
