Outcomes vs. Behaviors Worksheet
Some goals are better than others. Most of us set Outcome Goals, that is, we identify what we want. There is nothing inherently wrong with this however, most of us stop there. This exercise helps take things one step further by breaking down the behaviors needed to reach that outcome (e.g. the things you’ll actually do to get there)
