We will be pre-approving Merchants based on this application. 2016 Merchants have first right of refusal and guaranteed acceptance until January 7, 2016 at midnight. If you are a new vendor, you may not receive a response right away as we must process 2016 vendors first and look at all applications. ***NOTE: Due to the delays associated with having Merchants apply with this form, if a Merchant wishes to purchase cabin rooms or other items on our online registration page on January 1 due to the likelihood of those selling out quickly, we will (at your request) refund such purchases if we are not able to accommodate your booth at Beltania 2017.

Please note that all vendors spaces are outside and that there is no electricity. Vendors are responsible for their own shelter, tables and chairs. Spaces are 10x10’ ($140 for a booth space and one admission ticket) and 10x20’ ($190 for a booth space and one admission ticket). Merchant Assistant admission is $90 in January and matches regular admission prices. Our Merchant Coordinator, Manna Trammell, will email your acceptance along with a link to purchase your Merchant booth space and admission package. You will have 24 hours to complete your purchase online once we send you the link.
