There are 12-24 guests per class. Space is limited to 24 guests because we strive to create a warm and intimate experience. Reservations are required because we work with caterers to pair the foods appropriately; we do not have an on-site kitchen. Space is limited and reservations are required. Exchange: $25.00 per person per tasting and includes the beverage tasting, paired lite bites, and engaging education. Payment is collected at the time of reservation confirmation. All guests must be at least 21 years of age.
We’ll begin each Supper with a favorite regional drink, perhaps a sparkling wine or even a cocktail. Then on to a meal that is comprised of regional dishes paired with great wines. To complete the experience, we’ll sample paired dessert and coffee by local roaster, Colorado Coffee Merchants. Sprinkled through out the courses, industry experts will share their knowledge about regional social culture, winemaking and purchasing tips for a lively engagement.
The first Curious Palate Supper will be held on Saturday, October 26th and the region to explore...South Africa. From then on, featured regions will be decided by...YOU! The focus for each Supper will be decided on by anyone who is interesting in participating. Choices will be offered through the Tasting Classes, social media updates and newsletter recipients. The additional series dates are in 204 and will be released soon. Each Supper is limited to 30 guests!
