This permission includes, but is not limited to, use of the images on the Guild’s website, social media platforms, printed promotional materials, event signage, press releases, digital newsletters, and any other marketing or publicity initiatives undertaken by the Guild.

This permission is granted without expectation of compensation and may be revoked only in writing, with reasonable notice for future use (revocation does not apply retroactively to already published or printed materials).
