Fostering: Becoming a Freedom Home
Thank you for considering joining us as a Freedom Home! There are no wrong answers here for becoming a foster for us - the following helps our foster team match you with a dog that is suited for your home and lifestyle .... Please fill out the form completely and honestly - we want to set up our Freedom Homes with dogs who will thrive and find their fur-ever homes!

We require cats and dogs in our foster homes be up-to-date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and on flea and heartworm preventative. This is for the safety of Freedom dogs as much as it is for your personal pets. We do accept applicants who use and can provide records of titer testing. Our foster team will contact your vet (and rescue if you have other foster animals) prior to bringing you on as a Freedom Home!
