Hendo Earth Fest is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in downtown Hendersonville main street.

Available and flexible for any time between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

9:30 a.m. - noon

11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Preferred Volunteer Roles and Duties:

Open to performing any tasks as needed.

Block captain at designated street closures.

Assist exhibitors with festival directions and booth location.

Assist exhibitors to carry supplies or equipment.

Assist at music stage.

Watch musician equipment.

Assist at Information booth.

Assist with packing up and taking down information booth tent at end of day.

Assist in early morning exhibitor check-in and load in (7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.).
