Archetypes in Motion - Retreats
Due to the size of our venues and group dynamic, we can only accept a limited number of applicants to our retreats. As these retreats have a limited number of places, it allows for a more personable and intimate experience.

Once we have received your application form, we will contact you to let you know where your application stands.

Once you are accepted to the retreat,  we would appreciate receiving your deposit of 30% of full price,  to secure your place and reserve accommodations.

The balance of payment after the deposit must be completed before the program. If you can not complete payments in full before the program, let us know and we can workout a financial plan for you that meets your financial situation.

If you get another person to apply and is selected to attend any retreat, you will get 15% off from the whole price of the program. Please send us a notice.

Please Note: This retreats are not for everyone!

We expect you to arrive with an attitude of genuine interest in this intensive program and a commitment to be present and to participate to the best of your ability in all sessions. If you’re only interested in  a relaxing dance retreat or holiday, this training is not for you.

CANCELATION POLICY It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy. No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur and we encourage you to purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance to cover any unfortunate eventualities. We encourage you to double check the dates to ensure your attendance 100%. * The organiser reserve the rights to cancel Retreats if there will not be enough participants. It is your responsibility to make the appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements (if you choose a package without accommodation).From that moment our non-refundable cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all as this retreat has a limited number of places, it allows for a more personable and intimate experience. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refund for arriving late or leaving early is available.
