You will be the first point of contact. Reception duties include answering and transferring calls, dealing with queries, and assisting clients. General office duties include photocopying, data entry, organizing, creating a flow for testers, filing, & monitoring the waiting room. You will also be assisting the tester in various administrative tasks. Reception volunteers also help at outreach events!
All volunteers will be given an induction and training. Further training can be provided to support you in your role and ongoing development. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and enhance your career development within a supportive environment where you will come into contact with a diverse range of people. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be beneficial as would previous office and customer service experience.
