By requesting to use our facility, you agree to the following.
1. No smoking in any building
2. No alcoholic beverages anywhere on church property, including grounds.
3. Movement of furniture or fixtures in the Worship Center will be coordinated through the Church Office.
4. Movement of furniture or fixtures in all other rooms is the responsibility of renting party. All furniture and fixtures must be returned to original positions, arrangements, and conditions.
5 Empty trash and take to the dumpster. Replace trash can liners. Clean any equipment used. Be sure all equipment is turned off.
6. Wipe down tables/counter tops
7. Sweep and mop the floors as necessary.
8. Report any equipment malfunction or any damage to the Church Office.
9. Use of sound equipment must be arranged through the church Sound Team and the Church Office and may result in an additional fee.
10. Use of facilities is not an endorsement by the church.
11. Rental of facilities is for facilities only. It does not include implicitly the services of any employee of the church or members.
12. Lock all doors when leaving.
13.Renter agrees to take full responsibility for any damages that may occur while the property is in their care.
14. Return key to dropbox outside of church office.
