nashforward>> is a community project to help those who have lost employment due to Covid-19.

The goal is to help people put their best foot forward in their next endeavor by providing them with candid, constructive and caring feedback about their resume, cover letter, and how they interview.

If you are a business professional with experience in hiring/interviewing, you can help by doing the following (minimum of a 2hr commitment)

1) Review resumes and provide objective and constructive feedback (1 hr total)
2) Run through a 30 minute mock interview over the phone, or video conferencing, and provide objective/constructive feedback over an additional 30 minutes.

As participants sign up, they'll be paired with volunteers. If you can commit to assisting to more than one person, please specify below. You will determine the date/time and method of communication with each person.

Please remember to be supportive and respectful during this challenging time.

Disclaimer:
All communication happens directly between Volunteers and Participants. Participants control how much they want to share and are free to stop at any time.

nashforward» only makes the connection between Volunteers and Participants. While we will do our best to validate the integrity of all volunteers and participants and operate on good faith, everyone should practice their best judgement about what information they share, and communicate.
