All students who would like to attend Hayden Canyon Charter for the 2024-2025 school year, and are NOT CURRENT STUDENTS, must submit an application prior to the Lottery Application deadline of 5:00pm on Friday, March 8, 2024.
Per updated state regulations: To be considered for sibling priority, all students in a family who wish to be entered in the lottery must be on a single application.
The Lottery Draw will be held at 5:00pm on Monday, March 11th. Students who receive a seat during the lottery process will receive a seat offer email with a link to accept the offered seat. Students who are not placed in a seat will be added to the waitlist based on their lotteried order.
All applications: Please email a copy of your proof of residency document to email@example.com as soon as possible.
Kindergarten & 1st Grade applications: Please email a copy of their birth certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lottery codes cannot be assigned to a student without the required documentation.
All students new to Hayden Canyon Charter are required to provide a valid Birth Certificate and current Immunization Record (or valid immunization waiver) before they will be allowed to attend the school.
