The Mole Storytellers Application:
Welcome to The Mole, a production of Human Error Publishing. Please use the form below to tell us a little about yourself and a little about your story. Here is what we want you to know about The Mole:

By community consensus The Mole is not a competition! The Mole is a chance to show case the spoken word art of short storytelling.

The Great Falls Word Festival Mole, a curated evening of true tales, hits the stage on Thursday, October 12th. Our audience will be regaled with ten stories, each offered in 5 minutes, without script or props. Tellers will be chosen from the pool of applicants based on the information you provide about your story (we may choose to only have one dog story ) along with conveying a sense of your style and tone.

The application deadline is September 16th. If your story is chosen to be part of The Mole you will be notified by phone and email no later than September 25th. If your story is chosen we imply our trust that you are already investing time in telling it as a performer (not just sharing yarns with friends).

If your story is chosen, you will receive a Festival Button which is your entry ticket into all festival events, all four days, including the 'hot ticket' Mole show. If your story is not chosen then you will have to decide if you want to buy a ticket for the Mole only or if you want to get a Festival Button. If this is not clear please let us know in the comments.
