方便大家寫信給leo，開設此google form，大家填完之後我會印出來寄給leo
請注意：

如想寄實體信， 方法如下:
請將信件寄職工盟，註明「去信予鄧建華」，會由PY統一處理。

- 用普通A4紙寫，不限張數
- 懲教會拆走信封、可能會睇信內容

- 不可痴貼任何野、除了信紙沒有其他東西在內
- 不可有粗口、敏感資訊、人名或可用簡稱/代號
- 如想佢回信，回郵地址要寫在信紙內(因為佢只會收到信紙）
- 一般要4-6天工作天先可能到佢手

This Google Form is created for friends and allies to send a message to our recently incarcerated comrade Leo Tang. I will be printing out your messages and mailing them to Leo.

Please note that the Hong Kong Correctional Services (the institution that operate prisons in the city) will screen the letters and potentially block letters they interpret as problematic. Therefore, please refrain from using vulgar language and referencing sensitive information; it is advised that you should use nicknames if you reference a person in the letter.

If you want your handwritten letter mailed to Leo, please address it to the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions and note that it is a "Letter to Leo Tang". PY, Leo's colleague and friend at HKCTU, will be the handler of the letters.

Tips on sending Leo a letter:
- Do not put page numbers in your letter
- Write on regular A4 paper, you can write as many pages as you prefer
- Hong Kong Correctional Services will remove the envelope and may inspect the contents of the letter
- Do not staple
- Do not stick anything on the letter; there should be nothing but the letter itself in the envelop
- If you would like to receive a reply, please put your address in the letter (not on the envelop as it will be removed)
- It takes normally 4 to 6 working days for a letter to reach a person in incarceration
