lunch: 12.30 / dinner: 18.30

Friday evening will start with a welcome briefing at 18.00 followed by dinner at 18.30.
The evening meeting will start at 20.00.
On Tuesday, departure will follow the final meeting which, will end at 11:30.

Payment:

A deposit of £100 (PayPal £104) per person is payable. This deposit is non-refundable and non- transferable. Booking forms together with your £100 (PayPal £104) are necessary to secure your booking.
The balance of payment will be due no later than 30. June 2018. After this, refunds will be considered in extreme circumstances only and dependent upon the time of cancellation and whether we can fill the place.
