🟣 1. Welcome Circle – Inner Wisdom Check-In (5 min)

“Welcome to our Magic Mind time. Today we’re activating our Third Eye Chakra — the part of us that sees beyond our eyes. It helps us listen to our intuition, our imagination, and our truth.”

“Sometimes, when things feel confusing, we can look inside ourselves for answers.”

Call-and-Repeat Affirmation:

“I am wise.”
“I can imagine wonderful things.”
“My thoughts are powerful and calm.”

(Have children sit in a circle, comfortably. Invite them to close or soften their eyes and place one hand between their eyebrows — or just rest it near their forehead if that feels safer.)

“What habits ground you when everything feels uncertain?”
“What helps you feel steady and clear inside?”

🌬️ 2. Breath & Awakening Movement (5 min)

(This part helps wake up focus and imagination through movement and breath.)

Seated Warrior Stance – “Sit tall with hands on knees. Press your feet into the ground. This is your power seat.”

Gentle Core Lift – “Pretend your belly is gently hugging in like a glowing light.”

Breath of Fire (gentle version):

“Quick little breaths in and out through the nose, like a bunny sniffing.” (Do 5–10 seconds and pause.)
“This helps us clear away foggy thoughts and wake up our minds.”

🌟Third Eye Chakra Yoga Poses + Imagination Affirmations (15 min)
(Use the same familiar sequence from the Root Chakra session — this keeps children grounded and supported while offering new mental and emotional insights.)
🏔️ Mountain Pose

Stand tall, eyes soft or closed.
Affirmation: “I am steady. My thoughts are clear.”

⚔️ Warrior II Pose

Arms strong, legs grounded.
Affirmation: “I follow the path my heart knows.”


🌟 Star Pose

Arms and legs wide.
Affirmation: “I shine with creativity and vision!”

🌳 Tree Pose

One foot lifted, balancing softly.
Affirmation: “I imagine myself growing, just like a tree.”

🧘🏾‍♀️ Child’s Pose

Kneel, arms stretched or tucked in.
Affirmation: “I rest. I listen to my inner guide.”

(Let children be still, safe, and calm here. Invite quiet humming or light instrumental music.)

🔮 4. Reiki Meditation – “Eyes of Memory” Visualization (3 min)

(Children lie down or sit. One hand rests on their third eye, the other over the heart or belly.)


“Breathe in softly. Feel your forehead light up like a tiny star. That’s your third eye — where your magic lives.”

Guided Intention:

“May I trust the quiet knowing within.
May I see with love — not fear.
May I remember who I’ve always been beneath the noise.”
“You’re not lost. You’re returning — to yourself, to truth, to light.”

(Let children rest here. If appropriate, you can close with a sound like a bell or chime.)

🌌 5. Closing Circle – Clarity & Imagination (2 min)

(Return to seated circle. Invite soft sharing if children feel safe.)

“What helps you feel clear or inspired?”
“What’s one thing you imagine doing in your bright future?”

Call-and-Repeat Closing Affirmation:
