Gorilla Trekking Permit: $1,500 (as of January 2018)**
Single Supplement: $550
Flight from Arusha to Kigali (if arriving from he Tanzania Safari Tour): approximately $300

PRICE INCLUDES: Accommodation, 10 meals, land transportation, bottled water in the vehicles, museum entry, park entry fees and permits, local guides and tips.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Flights to and from Kigali, visa and purchases of personal nature such as souvenirs and beverages.

*In an effort to keep costs down, there is no returning Wanderluster discount on this tour. Sorry!

** As of this writing (January 2018) the permit cost for gorilla trekking in Rwanda is $1,500 per person/per day. This itinerary includes one day of gorilla trekking and this cost is listed separately. Should this go up (or down!) prior to departure, there may be a cost change to participants. We do not expect it to increase but have no control over government pricing.

Cancellations by you and refunds
To cancel your booking, you must submit your request to us in writing by emailing Teresa@WanderTours.com or postal mail at WanderTours, PO Box 16102, Seattle, WA 98116. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification:

• More than 90 days prior to departure, $400
• Within 61-89 days prior, full deposit amount
• Within 30-60 days prior, 50% of total price
• Less than 30 days prior, 100% of total price

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a tour once the tour begins, including if you leave a tour for any reason or have to be removed from a tour. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance and require evacuation insurance for our trek tours.

Travel and Evacuation Insurance
We encourage you to protect your investment in this tour by purchasing comprehensive insurance. Insurance covers cancellations due to a variety of issues but it may also cover baggage, medical, accident/life, evacuation, repatriation and other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience to you.

Some of our tours carry more risk than others. We require participants on our trek tours to purchase evacuation insurance. In this case, you agree to obtain sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the tour and to accept all financial risk and other risks if you fail to do so, including but not limited to being left in a dangerous situation if you are unable to be evacuated through your own devices (e.g., insurance and/or available cash on hand).

Due to the remote location of this destination, I understand that evacuation insurance is required by the tour operator.

Image Release
You agree that WanderTours may use, re-use, and reproduce any images, photos or videos that you send to us, or that are taken by our guides and/or other travelers of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our travel products and services worldwide.

If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.

Each participant must fill out this form and send a deposit of $800 to the address below.

This is a co-ed trek and is limited to 10 people on a first come-first served basis.
Complete and final payment is due on December 11, 2018.

The deposit amount listed on the website for this tour is required to secure your place on this tour. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid when we confirm the trip with you.

Payments may be made by credit card or check. If you pay your deposit by check, we cannot confirm your reservation until your payment has cleared the bank. Checks returned by the bank will incur a $25 returned check fee.

Partial payments may be made until the trip is paid in full.
Credit/debit card payments are accepted via PayPal and can be sent to beth@WanderTours.com

We love checks as it helps keep our costs down by avoiding credit card fees. If you’re able to pay the deposit or full amount by check or wire transfer, we’ll not only love you more but we’ll send you a free copy of one of Beth’s books (your choice which one).
