KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2019 Co-Location Request

NOTE: Packages have been updated for 2019, so please be sure to read the prospectus and Co-Located Best Practices + Event Guide - KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2019 thoroughly as we may not be able to accommodate changes to the event type once the contract is signed.

For 2019 we are offering four set packages. Due to the limited space, custom packages will not be available in the conference venue but you are welcome to find a different venue and we will promote your event for a flat fee of $6,000, see page 4 + 5 of the above prospectus.

Package A - Classroom seating up to 50 attendees - $22,500
Package B - Classroom seating up to 100 attendees - $27,000
Package C - Classroom seating up to 150 attendees - $34,000
Package D - Classroom seating up to 200 attendees - $40,500
Package E - Promotion of an event at an offsite venue - $6,000

Each package includes:
- Meeting space in classroom setup. Meals will take place in your meeting room.
- Access times include: set-up on Sunday, November 17th from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM + meeting space from 8:00 - 5:00 on the day of the event.
- Conference Wi-Fi
- Audio Visual (AV) Services: (1) projector, (1) screen, (1) wireless presenter, basic audio, (2) microphones
- In-room AV technician for the duration of your event
- Meeting room + wayfinding signage
- Contact information of attendees registered: First name, last name, company, title and email address
- (1) session scanner for managing onsite check-in
- (1) KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Pass
- All day water + coffee/tea service
- On-site event support
- Marketing and promotion, featured placement on KubeCon + CloudNativeCon website and registration form
- Managed event registration and fee collection, less credit card processing fees
- Registration table and two chair located in front of your room for attendee check in

Additional items can be ordered and paid for directly from the conference center:
- Additional AV - a second screen, microphones, session recording, etc.
- Dedicated internet - hardline internet
- Catering - breaks and lunch
- Power - to each classroom table or a charging station in the back of the room

An invite for Expo Genie will be sent to your main contact once your contract is signed and will include all information and pricing for add on items.

Please complete the below request form for all event requests; priority will be given to platinum and then gold members for the first week, ending Monday, June 10th. Co-located space allocation will then follow in the order the information was received in the space request form.

All requests must be received 45 days prior to the start of the conference: Thursday, October 3rd, 2019. No late applications will be accepted.

What are you planning to charge attendees to attend? In order to reduce no-shows and unintentional registrations, the minimum registration charge for co-located events is $50. You are welcome to donate the proceeds from this registration to fund the KubeCon + CloudNativeCon diversity scholarships, and you will be publicly credited for doing so. *
