We thank you for your interest in participating as vendor/presenting organization for 50th Annual Frog O' Fair Children's Festival.
Frog O' Faire is a 5 hour event with what’s likely to be over 3500 attendees. Please remember, the purpose of Frog O' Faire is to serve local families and kids; as it is run by a nonprofit - your fees go to making the event sustainable.

Where ---- Riverside Park, 7th and Park st - Grants Pass
We want you to have a successful and profitable experience. To accomplish this, please
confirm details prior to event.
- Non Food vendors/tabling booths should be set up by 8:45 am and be ready to engage families.
- Food vendors must be ready to sell at 8:45 AM and provide enough food to feed 1000 attendees.
- We will have around 4-5 food trucks, and 3-5 small vendors selling drinks and snacks.
- Info on required compliance with the Fire Marshall and Health Department will be sent via email, it is your responsibility to comply - They will do inspections
- The Frog O' Faire Team will make tier decisions at our own discretion
Food Vendor Fees:- Tier 1 Food Truck – $150 fee - this includes power hook ups
- Tier 2 Snack food/drink offering – $75 fee for no power, $100 for supplied power
- Tier 3 Non-profit status – Free (Single item food/drink offering, no power hookups)
Non Food Vendor Fees: Please stick to family/kid-Centric offerings
- Tier 1 Vendor Space - $100 10x10 with power hookups (bring any needed canopies, chairs, displays)
- Tier 2 Vendor Space - $75 with no hookups (bring any needed canopies, chairs, displays)
- Tier 3 Vendor Space - Free Nonprofit group setup (we can discuss power options if needed)
- Tier 4 Vendor Space - Free to a for-profit group who has at least 2 individuals signing up to volunteer for Frog O' Faire on their behalf (we can discuss power options if needed)

- Checks must be made to "Legacy Family & Leadership" prior to event (upon approval as a vendor)
- CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (called an “Acord” document) MUST BE SUBMITTED BY May 25 (Certificate Holders are City of Grants Pass & Legacy Family and Leadership)
- Approved vendors can submit a check or an online payment (portal will be provided)
