Our current T&E Care Beaumont Representative has a graduating 4th grader and will sadly be moving to middle school next school year. A new chair is needed to take on this role. Sign up now to take advantage of shadowing the current chair for the remainder of the school year.

4TH GRADE TALENT SHOW

May 15, 2026 - Help seek out 4th grade talent and organize three practices. Help create a program and script, organize music choices and present the Talent Show to students and parents of performers. This is a much-loved event!

CULTURAL ARTS – RESIDENCY WEEK in MAY

This is a week-long residency sponsored by the HSA. In the past we have welcomed Bach to Rock and the circus!

This is a tremendous learning event for our 4th grade class as well as supplemental activities for all of our other grade levels. As such, we need help from our parents for the coordination of these supplemental activities including planning & decorating for this special week. However, we need parents to lead this effort under our Cultural Arts Committee, in order to enhance this experience for all of our children.

SCHOOL STORE

Help the fourth graders raise funds for their promotion celebration. Volunteers are needed to stock and set up the school store space, supervise 4th graders working at the store and promote the store to the BES community. The school store is open one day/week before school and one day/week after school, starting after winter break until the end of May.

4TH GRADE COMMENCEMENT PARTY

June 2026 - Work with the committee to develop a memorable post-commencement party to include games, activities and water ice (or something similar). This is a very popular event and the last special moment for our fourth graders.
