Please enter your Mentor Rotary Bread day order below. The minimum donation is $11 per loaf or 4-pack of cookies. Any order of $90 or more will be delivered by Mentor Rotarians on October 9th. Please have payment (cash or check) ready at time of delivery.

All orders must be received by September 26th.

Orders of less than $90 may be picked up from Great Harvest Bread Co. at 9440 Mentor Ave in Mentor on October 9th from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Make checks payable to Mentor Rotary Foundation.

Your support will benefit Mentor Rotary's Leukemia Plus Fund (Be the Match) and other community services provided by Mentor Rotarians.
