Bullying Report Form // Formulario de informe de intimidación
Use this form to report incidents of bullying at any time of day. Responses will go immediately to administrators.

According to the National Crime Prevention Council, bullying occurs when the following behavior happens repeatedly and over time, involving an imbalance of power:
"Fighting, threatening, name-calling, teasing, or excluding someone" causing "physical, social and emotional harm" or "hurting another person to get something."

If the incident that you would like to report fits this definition, please use this form. 

If the incident involved discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, or bullying based on a protected class (disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code, including immigration status), please use our Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) form, found here: https://www.mojave.k12.ca.us/District/1712-UCP-Page.html

Use este formulario para reportar incidentes de intimidación en cualquier momento del día. Las respuestas irán inmediatamente a los administradores.

De acuerdo con el Consejo Nacional para la Prevención del Delito, el bullying ocurre cuando el siguiente comportamiento ocurre repetidamente y en el tiempo, lo que implica un desequilibrio de poder:
"Peleas, amenazas, insultos, burlas o exclusión de alguien" causando "daño físico, social y emocional" o "dañando a otra persona para obtener algo".
