Call for nominations for the upcoming 2019 openFrameworks Contributor's Conference!
The Clinic for Open Source Arts at the University of Denver ( ) is excited to announce the openFrameworks Contributors Conference!

OpenFrameworks ( ) is an open source C++ toolkit designed to assist the creative process by providing a simple and intuitive framework for experimentation. It is maintained by Zach Lieberman, Theo Watson and Arturo Castro with contributions by other members of the openFrameworks community.

We are seeking nominations from the OF community of people who are current or potential contributors to openFrameworks. Contributors include those who are advocates, active forum participants, authors of documentation and tutorials, as well as those who contribute to the code base or addons. We are especially interested in people who might be part of underrepresented identities in the OF community.

The call for nominations will end on August 15, 2019. Nominees will be asked to complete an application by August 19, 2019.

Conference Details
The openFrameworks Contributors Conference will be hosted in the Emergent Digital Practices spaces at the University of Denver in Colorado. The event will take place over five full days, October 9-13 2019. The event will combine working on contributions with conversations about the present and future of openFrameworks and its community. OpenFrameworks founders Zach, Theo, and Arturo will be in attendance.

All participants will have travel, hotel, and food covered. Additionally we can offer a $500 honorarium. In our efforts to create an inclusive event, we will do our best to accommodate the needs of each attendee. We do not want cost to be a limiting factor.
