Thank you for your interest in donating a raffle prize to the 3rd Annual Worcester LGBTQ+ Icebreaker! These prizes will be given out towards the end of the event.

Here are some details about the raffle:

- The raffle is a "giveaway", and we are NOT raising any funds or requesting donations from attendees in order to participate. All attendees will be eligible for the raffle.

- The raffle is a fun way to give back to community members for making this event a success.

- Anyone who offers a raffle prize will be given a shout-out, and their name and/or organization will be listed in the digital program (accessible via the QR code on the back of everyone's name tags.)

Please note, the way that we handle raffle prizes is an area that we want to improve upon this year. While last year's event was generally successful, we had a lot of last-minute sponsorships, raffle prizes, and registrations that created a bottleneck for us. We want to make sure we are giving proper recognition to all who contribute to this year's event. For this reason, we are establishing deadlines for prize submission:

Prize donation Print deadline: Friday, March 27th, 2026

Prize donation late deadline (exclusion from print): Friday, April 10th, 2026

This year, we will also try to position the prizes closer to the stage (if possible).

Please note, that there is a separate registration form to fill out if you plan on attending the Icebreaker.
