COVID & the American Rescue Plan: Stakeholder Input/Feedback
Feedback for ARP ESSER Allocations - As you know, Covid-19 has affected each of us in various ways; and most certainly teaching and learning have been greatly impacted this year.
The Ouachita School District is seeking input through 7/7/2021 from various stakeholders who know about the needs of our students and teachers. We would greatly appreciate your time in responding to this American Rescue Plan Stakeholder Feedback Survey as soon as possible to better inform our decisions in using ARP funds with ESSER. We know there are significant educational needs within our community, and we have the opportunity to provide some services and supports specific to this. While we have heard the educational needs of some, we would like to hear all individual perspectives, needs and ideas to ensure the OSD educational goals are well represented overall.
Additionally, our plan must be developed within three (3) broad categories, 1) creating a safe and healthy learning environment, 2) addressing lost instructional time or learning loss, and 3) supporting educator and staff stability and well-being.
