Accessible Martial Arts
Hello everyone,

The Accessible Martial Arts Program is for people with and without disabilities who want to learn and practice self-defense, stretching, exercise, and relaxation techniques. Starting February 27th we will have 5 martial arts classes for a fee. You can pay $5 per class or 20 dollars for all 5 classes. Those of you who are members of the YWCA Central Massachusetts do not have to pay. If there are any issues with paying for this, please let us know. We may be able to provide a scholarship.

Please email Patrick at premy@eastersealsma.org if you have any questions.
