INTRODUCTION
The Government of the Republic of Namibia is developing the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (2021-2025), aimed to propel the nation's anti-corruption efforts direction for the next five years. The Anti-Corruption Commission, the coordinating institution of the anticorruption strategies is tasked to facilitate and undertake consultations with stakeholders in
this respect. The development process focuses on obtaining information through engagement from stakeholders and individuals at the community, regional, and national levels to ensure that the Strategy is inclusive and addresses the pertinent issues. Moreover, to ensure that the views of the majority are included.
Prior consultation with the identified regional stakeholders to solicit input ahead of the main regional consultative meeting is encouraged. This standard questionnaire, framed in alignment with the strategy document's structure (attached) serves as a guiding tool for the afore-mentioned prior discussion
