HHUS has a zero tolerance policy towards discriminatory and illegal behavior including but not limited to narcotics, violent behavior, peer pressure and sexual harassment. In the work towards our zero vision, we have implemented this whistleblower function, to simplify the process of reporting and creating a more comprehensive approach towards a safer and more inclusive environment for everyone

The presidium in HHUS will investigate every single report collected from this system with the utter most seriousness. As a presidium we have the authority to take proper action and involve appropriate channels for guidance, for example Umeå Studentkår, USBE or the student health centre. We will of course not act or contact anyone without your consent. 

Everything that is reported is going to be investigated by the presidium, who have signed a confidentiality agreement. Furthermore, the investigation will be conducted with as few involved individuals as possible, to ensure everyone's anonymity and integrity. 

The questions in this form are designed to provide necessary information, thus enabling efficient investigation when situations in breach of HHUS policies occurs. However, the choice of providing your name is entirely optional, and if included, will only be used for the purpose of the investigation, and will not be shared.
