Grades for Camp
For students completing K - 8th Grade

Camp Dates
Camp Meets Monday - Friday, July 13th - 17th & July 20 - 24th
The performance is Saturday, July 25th
Camp Times at St John's 11100 Second Street, Mokena
Monday -  Thursday July 13th-16th  9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Friday 7/17 half day 9:00 am to 11:45 am no lunch
Monday - Thursday the 20th -23rd 9:00 am until 2:00 pm
Friday July 24th will meet at Lincoln-Way West. Times will be determined by if there are one or two casts but will be during the time of regular camp hours.
Performances
Saturday, July 25th 
The performance times will be Late morning and early afternoon
Tickets are $15 
On Wednesday, July 22nd, at the end of camp, we will have a sneak peek performance for parents to showcase our hard work.  This will be a fundraiser with the Mokena VFW to support the Manteno Veteran's Home.  Admission is for family members and is a donation of a needed item or $5.  A list of most needed items will be provided at the start of camp.
Location
Camp meets daily in Mokena at the SJUCC Community Center
Performance(s) are at Lincoln-Way West High School (except 7/22 at SJUCC)

Tuition
Tuition is $460 for new campers and includes a camp tee shirt.  
Tuition for returning AAMCT members is a discounted rate of  $440 (cast of Seussical, Rudolph, or Finding Nemo. or Moana Jr.) We appreciate your continued support!

Tuition can be split into two payments of of $235 for new students. Or $225 for returning students.  The first payment is due with the enrollment form.  The second payment is due by April 30th

**Students needing a microphone for the show will have an additional $35 rental fee.

Once you have completed this form the tuition payment links will be emailed to you.  If you are a returning students you may use your previous payment method.
Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check

Camp materials will be emailed out in May.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES.  In order to have a successful production we require the help of parents and/or additional staff for the shows.  If you are unable to volunteer please include the $50 volunteer buyout with your tuition.   Please select a minimum of THREE opportunities below.  YOU MUST INCLUDE EITHER MOVE IN OR STRIKE AS ONE OF YOUR CHOICES. *

RAFFLE BASKETS  We try to have a raffle before the show and would love to have baskets that coordinate with the show.  Please let us know if you would like to donate a basket or items for a basket.  We are also planning on another lottery board/basket if you would like to donate lottery tickets.     *

PUBLICITY RELEASE.  Portions of  performances and rehearsals may be photographed and/or videotaped for promotional purposes including but not limited to web site, brochure, newspaper ads/features, social media,  or promotional & archival videos. Please check the box indicating All About Music has permission to use your child’s image/name. *

PERMISSION SLIP AND HOLD HARMLESS CONTRACT My son/daughter who's name I have entered above has my permission to participate in the production of  “Willy Wonka Kids” produced by All About Music, Inc. (herein referred to as the Company). As Child’s Parent or Guardian, I release the Company from any and all liability, damages, or claims whatsoever for any   injury or harm that may occur to my Child while participating in any rehearsal, activity or performance provided by the Company. I agree that I will make no claim or demand against the Company or any organization or facility used for rehearsal or production purposes. If an injury or accident occurs during any rehearsal, activity or performance   provided by the Company, I will look to my own resources, insurance or assets to pay all medical bills, damages or losses whatsoever if any injury or incident occurs. The term Company includes all employees, subcontractors, volunteers or other staff of the Company participating in “Willy Wonka Kids”  I give my permission to release my child to my emergency contact listed above. I also agree to pick my child up no later than 10 minutes after the designated end of rehearsal or I agree to pay standard day care fees for each 15 minutes I am late. I also agree that if my child exhibits disruptive or disrespectful behavior, that  cannot be corrected after being addressed with myself and my child, my child will be removed from the production and no refunds will be given.  My typed name will serve as proof of my agreement to the hold harmless contract stated above and my legal signature *
Once you have completed your registration form you will be emailed the tuition payment links.  Your enrollment is not complete until you have paid the tuition fee.     A full refund is available minus a $25 processing fee until May 1st. A half refund is available until June 1st.  No refunds are available after June 1st.   *
