Fitness and Nutrition Challenge April 29th - June 7th

The goal of this challenge is build BETTER habits.  No one will be perfect.  Several small changes lead to big results.  Some changes are better than none at all.  Some participation is better than no participation.

When else will you have the opportunity to make positive changes to your Nutrition Habits with 50+ others doing it along with you? Join us for 6 weeks of creating better habits together and stepping up our fitness game, right before summer begins!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
All rules, scoresheets, and tips will be available throughout the entire challenge on our website. There is a page devoted to The Challenge under the 'Membership at 802' tab on our website. This is your go-to for information.

THE RULES
The focus of this Challenge is to Eat Real Food. Foods free of processing, foods that once were alive, foods found in the outside isles of the grocery store, foods with no ingredient labels or long lists of preservatives, sugars etc.

Points will be awarded for each plate you eat throughout the day meeting these requirements.

SCORING IS INDIVIDUAL. NO TEAMS.

Points will also be awarded for working out, participating in run group... stepping up your fitness game for 6 weeks.

BUY IN
There will be a $25 cash (no Venmo) buy-in required to join The Challenge. This money will go towards prizes awarded to top finishers and give you some stake in the game. Please bring $25 and fill out this form by 4/19 to secure your spot!
An awesome Podcast put together by CrossFit New England based on their Nutrition Challenge. We encourage you all to listen and then decide if you want in. We will be incorporating many ideas (but not all) from it. Again, ALL RULES THEY HAVE will not apply to ours, so do not be confused, it does a nice job of summing things up and putting ideas in perspective.
